輕鬆肉的創辦人,劉董事長,是一位擁有多年經驗的餐飲界達人。他踏上研發素食肉的旅程,是因為有一次他的女兒在長牙齒時期吃肉不慎噎到。出於對女兒安全的擔憂,劉董事長開始尋找替代食品,希望找到既有肉的口感,又富含纖維且易於食用的選擇。這讓他開始使用大豆蛋白來製作素食肉,這種素食肉不僅與真肉的口感非常相近,而且更易吞嚥和實用。

The founder of iEasyMeat, Liu, is a seasoned expert in the culinary industry with many years of experience. His journey into developing plant-based meat began when his daughter, during her teething phase, choked on a piece of meat. Concerned for her safety, Liu started searching for alternative foods that had the texture of meat, were high in fiber, and easy to eat. This led him to use soy protein to create plant-based meat that closely mimicked the taste and texture of real meat while being easier to swallow and more practical.

Encouraged by those around him, Liu realized that his product was not only delicious but also aligned with global trends, capable of reducing carbon footprints and meeting the growing demand for healthy food. Recognizing its vast potential, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to product development.

This innovative concept quickly gave rise to the brand "iEasyMeat." iEasyMeat focuses on providing convenient and quick plant-based meat products in frozen packaging, allowing consumers to enjoy delicious vegetarian meals with a simple microwave heating. The brand's initial aim is to encourage more people to try this low-carbon, eco-friendly diet, making it easy for even non-vegetarians to accept and enjoy.

iEasyMeat offers a wide variety of products, including Red Oil Dumplings, Taiwanese Sausage Wrapped in Glutinous Rice, Meatballs, and Heart Sausages—classic Taiwanese snacks.
